Come dice il nome, questo programma sviluppato in VB6 è in grado di creare il file .manifest per un progetto scritto in VB6 per rendere il suo eseguibile Portable. Ovviamente esso stesso è Portabile, cioè in sostanza si è auto-portabilizzato!
